Ubisoft announced today that the Megadeth Song Pack DLC will be available for download for Rocksmith on Tuesday, December 13.
Songs included in this pack are “Hanger 18”, “Public Enemy No 1”, and “Symphony of Destruction.”
Each song will be available for individual purchase for $2.99 or as a 3-pack for $7.99 on the Playstation network. Each song will be available for individual purchase for 240 Microsoft points or as a 3-pack for 640 points on Xbox Live.

NIS America have announced that Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 will be shipped out in February 2012 in the North American and European markets for the Playstation 3!

Activision have announced that Friday Night Fights, the first program to air on Call of Duty Elite, is set to debut this Friday on November 25th!
Executive produced by Ridley Scott and Tony Scott’s RSA Films, and director RJ Cutler, Friday Night Fights lets real life rivals settle their differences Call of Duty style via epic multiplayer battles in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The inaugural episode features one of the greatest rivalries of all, pitting teams from the U.S. Army vs. U.S. Navy.
The new weekly series is being produced from Activision, and is available exclusively to premium members of Activision’s new digital service, Call of Duty ELITE.

XSEED Games have announced that their latest horror adventure title for the PSP, Corpse Party, is now available for download on PlayStation Network at the terrifyingly affordable price of $19.99!
Developed in Japan by Team GrisGris and later adapted for the PSP system by 5pb, Corpse Party is a chilling title that takes players on a journey of hellish proportions. In Corpse Party, players take control of a group of Japanese high school students who engage in a pagan ritual and find themselves somehow transported into an inescapable echo of a long-since demolished school building where a series of gruesome murders once took place. They must now escape the grasp of the tortured souls who roam the halls of the doomed Heavenly Host Elementary School, lest they join the ranks of the dead themselves.
Corpse Party is presented using crisp 2D sprite graphics in a classic 16-bit style, amplified by shockingly horrific hand-drawn anime-style art stills. 3D audio is mixed with morbidly descriptive text, allowing players’ minds to wander and providing a truly engrossing horror experience.

Rockstar Games have announced a Special Edition of Max Payne 3 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC platforms. But act fast! The Special Edition is only available for pre-order until January 15th.

Capcom have revealed all 48 of the upcoming DLC costumes for the Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 roster! They will be distributed as DLC packs with 4 or more costumes each on Xbox Live and the Playstation Network priced at $4 and 320 MS Points, or $20/1600 MS Points for all 48!
Get out your virtual hangers and make room in your fighters’ closets for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 DLC costume packs. Each pack includes an alternate costume for at least four characters from the Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster and will be available for download via PSN for $4.00 and Xbox LIVE for 320 MSP unless otherwise noted. The costume bonanza starts on November 22 with The Rising Dead Pack featuring costumes for Capcom’s Frank West and Nemesis, and Marvel’s Phoenix and Ghost Rider.

Activision have announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has set a new five-day entertainment record, grossing more than $775 Million Worldwide!
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has shattered theatrical box office, book and video game sales records for five-day worldwide sell-through in dollars. The game established an all-new five-day worldwide sell-through record of more than $775 million, exceeding the record of $650 million set a year ago by Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops and $550 million two years ago for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare® 2, according to Charttrack and retail customer sell-through information..
“With $775 million of sales of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 in its first five days, Call of Duty has become the first entertainment property in history to set five-day launch records for three consecutive years across all forms of entertainment,” said Robert Kotick, CEO, Activision Blizzard. “Life-to-date retail sales for the Call of Duty franchise have exceeded $6 billion worldwide, which makes Call of Duty one of the most valuable entertainment properties in the world.
