Here is the official teaser trailer for Trapped Dead! Announced today from Meridian4 to be released in January on the PC, with a demo to be available in December.

The walking dead are downloading to PCs this January as Meridian4 today announced it has secured the North American digital distribution publishing rights to Headup Games’ real-time strategy game, Trapped Dead. Voted as one of the year’s best action games developed in Germany by the German Coalition of Game Developers, Trapped Dead delivers a scary twist to the strategy genre that will have PC gamers everywhere devising tactics to rid a small community of the living dead.
“Trapped Dead is an original new offering for PC strategy fans that is reminiscent of those classic horror movies from the ‘80s,” said Steve Milburn, Marketing Director of Meridian4. “The game does a great job of capturing and conveying that terrifying cinematic atmosphere, as players quickly find themselves in the heart of a zombie swarm where tactical thinking is the only way to survive.”
Set in the early ‘80s in Hedge Hill, a small town near Kansas City, Trapped Dead is a tactical real-time strategy game inspired by the successful horror movies of the same period. The story begins when a local virus outbreak infects the inhabitants of the idyllic rural town, transforming its citizens into a horde of blood-thirsty zombies. Unfortunately for two college guys taking a random road trip, their arrival in the town results in a dangerous detour that has them fighting to survive.
Delivered in a third-person isometric view, players immerse themselves in this horrific scenario as they battle the zombie horde across a variety of game environments such as the mall, junk yards and jail that are filled with traps. Armed with a number of weapons and gadgets at their disposal, it’s a fight for survival, whether playing alone or in four-player co-op mode.

Today Meridian4 announced a new PC title for January 2011, Trapped Dead. Along with the announcement of the new zombie title they released a batch of screenshots!
Trapped Dead is set to be released on PC early next year, but a demo of the game will be out a month earlier. The demo is expected to be available in December, with the complete game ready for download in January 2011.

Today THQ announced that they, in association with World Wrestling Entertainment, will sponsor a new contest for Smackdown Vs. Raw 2011!
To enter, all you have to do is submit some in-game video footage of your WWE moment. THQ and WWE will choose which one they think is best, and the winner will earn a WWE Slammy Award Trophy on an episode of WWE RAW that will air December 13, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. ET on USA Network!
For those of you who don’t know, the WWE Slammy Awards is an award show held at the end of the year by WWE in which they award the winning Superstar a Slammy Award for whichever category they competed in. But this time, in celebration of Smackdown Vs. Raw 2011, there will be a special category for Video-Game Moment of the Year!

“Create Your Videogame Moment of the Year” contest for WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011, the latest release in the renowned, simulation-based fighting videogame franchise. Vogster Entertainment have unveiled four new screenshots of their upcoming expansion to CrimeCraft, Bleedout!
The new screenshots offer a glimpse of CrimeCraft: Bleedout’s new look and ruined world setting, showing the new and upgraded Common Areas where players can interact, suit up with new gear and weapons, and get ready to rumble in the Combat Zones.
In the Bleedout expansion the gun-blazing thrills will come to players in a series of weekly, episodic updates that will expand the dystopian world of CrimeCraft in a way that must be seen to believed!

BLEEDOUT explores the complex, yet frighteningly possible, series of events that throw the world into violent chaos. Beatshapers and TastyPlay.com have released some new screenshots for StarDrone, a title they announced will be coming to Playstation Network, iPad and the iPhone!
StarDrone is set to hit the Playstation Network on January 5th, 2011. While the iPad and iPhone release is simply slated for a release sometime in early 2011. It will cost $7.99 / €7.99 on the Playstation Network, with Playstation Plus Subscribers getting a discount at $4.99 / €4.99. No price has been set yet for the iPad and iPhone versions.

In StarDrone, players pilot their Drones across the galaxy, collecting pieces of Equilibrix in order to restore the equilibrium of the universe and stop the evil G-Noids from taking over. However, this journey requires much more than star-gazing, as your Drone is constantly in motion and the more stellar matter you collect, the faster it will travel until you are moving at the speed of light. Along the way, key power-ups will earn you more points that will ultimately let you compete against the world on the StarDrone leaderboard.
Available January 5, 2011 for PlayStation 3 for $7.99 / €7.99, and $4.99 / €4.99 for PlayStation Plus accounts, StarDrone is also being readied for iPhone 4 and iPad for release in Q1 2011.

Tired of those mutant polar bears attacking your city? Yea, well…In some cities it is a problem!
Like in the city of Toxopolis. So take on the role of Rick Ajax and get ready to punch some mutant polar bears straight in the muzzle! Unbound Saga is coming to Xbox Live Arcade on December 1st, and it looks like it’s going to be un-bear-ably fun!
Ouch, even I cringed at that. But in all seriousness, Vogster Entertainment’s Unbound Saga is hitting XBLA December 1st so be sure to check it out in a couple of weeks! For more info and a couple of screenshots, check down below:
The City of Toxopolis (and the realms beyond) are being overrun with every type of diabolical and bizarre enemy imaginable! Namco-Bandai Games have announced that their highly anticipated downloadable title, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, will be available on Xbox Live Arcade and the Playstation Network tomorrow!
Pac-Man Championship Edition DX will be available for 800 MS Points on Xbox Live Arcade, or $9.99 from the Playstation Network. It’ll feature two exciting new modes along with all of the previous ones from the original Pac-Man Championship Edition.

PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX includes two exciting new modes in addition to PAC-MAN Championship Edition’s signature Score Attack mode, where players must collect as many points as possible before time runs out. Time Trials has players clearing out a set number of laps around each maze as fast as they can. Ghost Combo forgoes gobbling Pac-Dots for chomping as many ghosts as possible. Players’ scores are determined on the consecutive number of ghosts PAC-MAN eats while chaining together Power Pellets.
Also new to the series are the multitudes of sleeping ghosts that infest each maze. As PAC-MAN runs past these ghosts, they become angry and chase him until he finds a Power Pellet. If a ghost gets too close, a slowdown effect will begin, giving the player an extra vital second to figure out the best course of action. If the ghost train becomes too much to handle, players can set off a bomb which sends all active ghosts back to the center of each maze.
With the game’s hypnotic neon graphics, new and updated mazes, techno soundtrack, updated features, and three fast-paced modes, PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX is one of the most satisfying gaming experiences available for download this year.

Courses in PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX are divided into two halves. When PAC-MAN clears all the Pac-Dots on one half of the map it shifts in real time to a new layout with more dots and ghosts to chomp. Precise skill and fast reflexes are required to master each course and rise to the top of the leaderboards.
With the game’s hypnotic neon graphics, techno soundtrack, updated features, and three fast-paced modes, PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX is one of the most satisfying gaming experiences available for download this year.
